Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. You have 30 days to return your product(s) after you've received it. Once 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return(s) anymore.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must also still be in its original packaging.

There are certain situations where refunds can be refused.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition or has been damaged by your fault.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after you've received it.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@isavara.com with your order details. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide any additional information you may need. Please ensure you reach out within the 30-day return window to be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping and Label:
Once your return request has been approved, we will send you the instructions for shipping your parcel back to us.

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your receipt. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note: it may take a few business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.


Customer Remorse Returns:
If you return a product because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before checkout to ensure accuracy.

Late or missing refunds:
If you have not yet received a refund even after 14 days, check first with your bank account.
Then contact your payment provider/company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially transferred.
If you have done all this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us.

Defective products:
If you receive a defective product, please contact us at support@isavara.com as soon as possible. You must provide us with photographic evidence. We will then ensure that you receive a good product free of charge to replace the damaged product.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original within 30 days for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at support@isavara.com as soon as possible.

Restocking fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Our goal is to make your shopping experience as simple and fair as possible.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items reach us safely.
We strongly recommend using a trackable postal service and, if possible, shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.
